The function of dividing the menu into recipes and dishes translates into better reporting and optimization of work.
Based on the orders placed, the system generates all the "recipes" that need to be prepared in order to complete the dishes sequentially.
The recipe card report gives the amount of ingredients needed before WOT and WOM, as well as the values (expressed in grams) that should be obtained at the end of the recipe preparation process.
The "Recipe Card" report provides information on how each portion should be completed and in what quantity. On all reports there are instructions and photos that can be placed. What's more, for both the kitchen and the packing room there are collective "checklists", which allow you to keep track of the completion of the necessary tasks.
Another advantage of all reports is their arrangement - they are arranged in such a way as to be able to prepare and complete each tray in full.
