With a special feature, called the KASIA module at Caterings, you can automate a customer's menu selection through anti-preferences.

How does it work?

KASIA is an Intelligent Menu Selection Assistant, a functionality based on customer exclusions. With this module, the customer can make a manual menu selection in case the proposed menu does not seem satisfactory to him.
It is you who determines how wide the customer's choice is and what changes the system suggests. Thanks to this solution, it is easier for the customer to remove allergens or ingredients he does not want in his diet - such as meat (or a particular type of meat), citrus, nuts, etc.
